Placing ads with Newspaper National Network is EASY! We even provide you with all of the production specifications that you will need to run a smooth and effective campaign. Our Ad Production Guidelines detail the basic requirements for materials and the different Broadsheet and Tabloid Ad sizes.

Basic Info

Three types of printing processes are used for newspaper printing: offset, flexography and letterpress. The Newspaper National Newtwork accepts one set of materials for each format size: SAU Broadsheet, Narrow Width Broadsheet and Tabloid. It is recommended that materials be supplied as digital files. This will allow for the most flexibility in adapting to all printing processes and sizes.

Note: Many newspapers have changed to a variety of narrow web widths. When a campaign is placed through the NNN we will assist you with the specifications for each newspaper and will offer composite sizes to cover all newspapers on the plan to limit the number of different sizes of creative that will need to be produced. Material Deadlines

Deadlines are "business" days prior to publication date and reflect morning delivery to NNN. Some newspapers or sections – especially for Sunday publications – may have earlier deadlines. Please contact us to confirm.

Interactive Online Ad Guidelines

These guidelines are provided by the Interactive Advertising Bureau. They are intended for marketers, agencies and media companies for use in the creating, planning, buying and selling of interactive marketing and advertising.
